To address these critical questions, on October 6, 2021 The American Downtown Revitalization Review (The ADRR) together with the University of Wisconsin Madison – Extension presented an online panel discussion on Bringing Back Downtown Retail After COVID-19. The discussion included three nationally known experts with many years of retail development experience: Kristen Fish-Peterson, Michael J. Berne, and N. David Milder. The discussion focused on downtown feasibility study Green Bay and Main Street districts in communities under 75,000 in population.
