The fund has money to lend as gap financing, micro lending and a new program created for startups. We’re establishing top of mind awareness with lenders and service providers in the economic development sector.
Central Wisconsin Economic Development Fund, Inc. is a $12 million loan fund serving ten counties in north-central Wisconsin
We market the fund to borrowers and service providers, receive/process applications, and underwrite loans.
We also process loan payments and follow up with borrower needs, and we manage board and committee meetings/activities.
