We approach each project from the client’s perspective and work to deliver a high-quality, usable, forward-thinking, custom-designed solution based on the specific circumstances of that time, place, and other affecting factors.
We also believe that stakeholder engagement is integral in both the formation and implementation of each plan or project. Local institutional knowledge and experiences provide much-needed context and further our understanding of the perceived challenges and opportunities in the community.
Our Story
Redevelopment Resources has leveraged existing relationships in both the private and public sector to put together a team of professionals to provide re/development solutions and research services to municipalities, businesses and organizations. Our experience was gained primarily from active successful careers working in economic and community development, planning, and marketing fields. Established in 2009, by Kristen Fish-Peterson and Deb Ersland in Wausau, WI. In 2015, the company moved to Madison, WI where it is located today.
